In 1973, with just one

pickup truck,

Roy Sanders

started

Sanders Plumbing

and Heating.

Roy worked from

his home with his

eldest son Ed.

In 1974,

Roy's son Tom

graduated from

high school

and took up the

trade with his

father and brother.

The business outgrew

their home, so Roy

purchased a building

in North York, a former

early 1900's cigar factory,

and, with much loving

care, this building

became R. E. Sanders Inc.

Plumbing, HVAC, and

Electrical.

Roy still actively

runs the business and,

with his son Tom

as President,

the company

continues

to grow.
